Yes, we offer free USPS 2-3 day priority shipping on all gift boxes.
We deliver to any home or business address within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Yes, expedited overnight shipping is available for $17.50, with additional fees for delivery on Sundays or holidays. If you have already placed an order and want to upgrade to expedited shipping, contact us asap at support@thegiftshopshop.com.
Because of the unique items featured in our gift boxes, we regret that returns or refunds cannot be accommodated. However, if there is an issue with delivery or damage, contact us at support@thegiftshopshop.com and we’ll make it right!
Yes! Every gift box comes with the option to add a personal, heartfelt message to the recipient that will be included inside the box.
If your gift box arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thegiftshopshop.com, and give us an opportunity to make it right.
Yes. Once your order ships, we will email a notification and a tracking number.
We pride ourselves on speedy production and turnaround times. Once you place your order, you can expect delivery within 2 to 4 days, depending on what tiem you place the order. For expedited delivery, please place your order before 12pm ET for next-day delivery.
We offer the option to choose a preferred delivery date, and we strive to accommodate your request. However, external factors may affect the exact delivery date, and we cannot guarantee a precise arrival.
No. Every gift is delivered in a beautiful box with a visible note that says “A Gift For You.”
